See the lower left corner of each photo says - "Taken 2012-03-28 16.58.26.jpg" or 3-28-2012 at 4:58:26 PM.
Right lower corner is "05-06-2012 02:09 AM" or 6-5-2012 at 2:09 AM which is the time they were uploaded.
Strange that it is in European date format too.
I see it on Google Chrome.

Suspicious of what? The OP's first post on this subject was April 19th and he clearly says that the incident happened about a month earlier- let's say around March 19th. What's suspicious about photos taken of the damage on March 28th?

So maybe the date code is "Canadian" too, its not how we do it in the USA, unless you are in the military, lol!

Anyways with regards to the pics they were taken on my wife's iphone by the dealer when she was down retrieving some personal belongings from the vehicle. She actually dropped off the vehicle a week earlier (around the beginning of Mar).

If there's a difference between the US and the rest of the world in the format of written dates, and something that causes on-going confusion, the US would write (for instance) July 1st 2012, as 07/01/2012 whereas all other English speaking and many non-English speaking countries write it as 01/07/2012. If a given date is the 13th day of the month or later, it's easy enough to figure out, but.............

The tag on the bottom left of the pic still says taken on 2012-06-05 for me.
Now the Metric system, we could talk about that..........

Thanks to everyone for all your helpful information/suggestions on what to do with my wife's STR. Hopefully this will be the last time I'll post something regarding this subject. As I mentioned before I decided to go with the offer I was in the process of negotiating with Jaguar corporate:
1) Replace the blown STR engine with a brand new engine shipped out from Jaguar corporate back east which took over 3 weeks to arrive. The only item on the engine that was not new was the supercharger. My local Jaguar dealer was surprised that it was actually a new engine as apposed to a rebuilt one.
3) Have my local Jaguar dealer do all the removal and installation work; which included all brand new belts and hoses.
4) Include a 1 yr unlimited mileage warranty on the whole package.
5) My local Jaguar dealer also removed my old transmission, which had begun to clunk into reverse, and installed for free a rebuilt transmission which I was able to negotiate a great price on from a local transmission shop that purchases the rebuilt units directly from the factory.
After everything was completed my local Jaguar service manager kept the car and test drove it for some 200+ miles to make sure everything worked perfectly. The whole package cost me less than $11K. Since my car was completely paid off my goal was to keep the total repair cost of the vehicle under the $11k mark as that is below the asking price for similarly equiped STR's in our area.
Although it is a lot of money my real only alternative was to buy either a new ECO vehicle (yuck) or another used luxury vehicle both of which would have cost me more. For my situation it made sense to go this route especially given this particular vehicle was: originally owned by wife of ex 49's head coach, immaculately maintained both inside and out, originally a very low mileage vehicle when we purchased it, and finally (in my biased opinion) the most beautiful version of the Jaguar- I love the retro body style of the S-Type. Also, from a pure value standpoint where else could I get such a stylish luxury vehicle for that amount of money and still keep my annual vehicle taxes low.
After making the decision to keep her car I decided I wanted the whole project to be done by ONE individual/entity so that I would only have one point of contact to go back to if any issues (cross my fingers) develop down the road.
. The bottom line, however, was I needed to keep my wife happy and this was the best way to do it. Moreover, I now get my STR back to drive . I've included some picture of the His & Her STR's back together again.
