Default New wheels to go with my new F&R lights :-)

Hi All,

As some of you may already know, I upgraded my halogen lights to STR Xenon units and also put the STR rear lights on my car.

And to finish it off, I've just put on a brand new set of 19 inch BBS Barcelona alloys, which were an option for the S-Type back in the day.

Here's some pics

Question, where did you piock up the mud flaps onthe rear of each fender? Those look like they were made for our S Types.

Thanks everyone :-)

Rick, the mud flaps are original equipment from a Jag main dealer. They were added from new when my Dad bought the car back in 2002. They each have a 3d raised "Growler" symbol on them - very cool.

You can see them here on the Jaguar accessories website:

Agreed very cool! I have never seen an S Type with those. If we lived in an area that called for the need, I would be all over those! The raised growler is a nice touch!

Yeah, I see you're in Sunny Carolina, very nice mate. I'm in Gloomy, Wet, South Wales, UK. Lol

And to top it off I ride my motorbike 90 miles a day (roundtrip) to work and back in all weathers, to save the Jag!! (I suffer for my art )

The R Type that Seduced me into getting one had those rims. It was an '07 though. Unusual color of green, but the S-Type R stance is unmistakable.

Nice Setup Tris.... She's looking quite Schweet.....

You could always try them in the black until you get them refurbed in silver?

I had mine brand new from SB Wheels. He's a Jaguar wheel specialist and ships wheels all round the world.

Tris.
