Another update:
Replaced the drivers rear wheel bearing and car is quite as a mouse

Replace DCCCV it looked horrible, however still only blows out hot air. I am pretty sure the Climate Control Module has a burnt trace or two. I amd gonna pull it out later today and see if I can solder it.

Thanks guys for all the help so far

Ok I took out the DCCV it had atleast 2 burnt traces which I ran a jumper across. I put the unit back together I get some cold air now.. However, there still is very little hot or cold air clowing out the vents.

I can hear the air blowing hard iside the dash but very little comming out no matter what settings I put vents on.

Any suggestions? Could it be blender door motors?

Not sure about the S-types, but the climate control on my XJ has a self-diagnostic that is activated by some combination of button-presses I've never tried and can't remember offhand, but if it finds malfunction codes it displays them on the climate control screen. Maybe check your manual and see if such a check is described? If so, a failed flap actuator or stuck flap should throw a code. Not sure about the blown traces, though.

Another cause for lots of blower noise and little air would be a clogged cabin air filter (engage the recirc button and see if your airflow changes, at least your noise should change a bit) ....or...less likely, unless the PO pulled your cabin filter and chucked it....the face of your evaporator and/or heater core could be clogged with hair, dirt, fabric, foam.....whatever....

When driving at road sped - 45 - 55 mph ish -- swerve to right and left -- be sure no one right on your heiny -- and see if pitch changes when loading up the bearing assemblies - if it changes noticably either way remove wheels on that side in rear colapse brake calipers and rotate hubs - can you feel / hear anything at all ?? if so probably need hub / bearing replacement - do yourself a favor and replace both if one is gone - I sure hope I'm not being redundant here.
