Default no air from vents

Been chasing the A/C problems forever. Had the rccm looked at, and burned areas fixed. Before, it would only blow hot air. Now it blows no air. What gives? I am open to any suggestions. Yes, I did all the tests from jaguar climate website. All checked out fine.

As soon as I put a new relay in, compressor kicks in with its whirring noise. Pulled fuse 32 and it stopped

Pulling the fuse would stop your compressor.. What's the issue?

So why not start at the beginning and tell us what the problems are and what you have done.

Bought this car awhile back with a myriad of problems. Replaced the dccv, the auxillary water pump, the hoses underneath the supercharger, thermostat replaced, transmission drained and filled, and much more.
It had no heat when I picked it up. After dccv and aux water pump replaced, plenty of heat, but no A/C.
Checked everything according to jaguarclimate.com, everything checked out. Rccm soldered, still no A/C, blew hot air. Took rccm to another guy, removed soldered points and used a conductive pen on burnt traces. Put it in, now no air blowing and compressor continually runs, with or without the key in the ignition. Replaced clutch relay, still runs. Pulled #32 fuse, stopped running.
That is where I am at.

Probably a bad RCCM. One of the chips gone, maybe.

Time to send it off to have the pros look at it.

That would be my guess also.
If it's the RCCM chip it may be toast.

uhmmm....a/c compressor is belt-driven and can't possibly be "running" with the engine off. Perhaps the clutch remains energized? (though I'm not sure that would make an audible noise, unless it was engaging and disengaging continuously.)
