o/` I've got hose

... Can someone please shed some light on exactly how on earth the five different hoses on my 05 SType V6 3.0L fit? The ONLY diagrams that I can find, including in the pain-in-the-*** manually-searchable section-at-a-time miserly TOPIx that I paid out the nose for, only to find any other documentation I find is for 2004, 2001, or Pre-Cambrian, or it has a supercharger, or a flux capacitor OR BOTH >_<
I have been arguing with this hulking soon to be junked ninny of a knuckle-busting misery pit since before MIDNIGHT, just to track down a leaking coolant hose which I NOW THINK is actually from the reservoir, but I can't tell, now can I , because the thermostat housing, lower radiator hose, and the weird sixteen way bypass clusterf**k hose pair do not fit together at all like what the "diagrams" (hereforeverafter known as Jaguar-Landrover-Rorschach diagrams) that purport to have everything round the back side, which is evidently where these vehicles prefer their servicing; those of you that are tall like I am, at 6'4 - how do you deal with working through the "bonnet" bay (since it is as I said, I shall use the proper terminology), put it up on a lift and stand in front of it ?
I am completely lost, and frustrated, and the problem that annoys me the most is the hoses have to be kinked or flattened to make them go together correctly, and the hoses won't go on the flanges right or to the full depth, and I can't tell what hose is what, because they all look the same and nobody has pictures of the damn things in non-isotragiopolydimensional reverse-trendelenburg because all the ones I find on jagbits, or ebay, or even the almighty Google are for models with above-mentioned flux capacitrixes.
Ideas?
** Pictures to follow, as soon as I manage to find my camera.

Jake,
I could have misread the signals but do I detect just a slight touch of frustration with this job?![Icon Couchhide](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_couchhide.gif)
This one from JTIS may not help but you've got to admit it's a beautiful diagram:

I checked the Parts Catalogue which usually has very helpful drawings but the S-Type ones are the exception to this rule.

A little while after that post, myself and the Right Honourable Lord Major Wellington Cuthbert Thropshire (née K. W. 'Detroit' Jones) had a serious conversation amongst ourselves out in the engine bay, to which the Rt Hon. LMaj Thropshire granted assent to my puerile wheedlings in exchange for providing a brisk and invigorating undercarriage wash, followed by liberal application of a soothing Mobil salve on its bushings.
I am still yet wary of his beguiling charm throughout this ordeal; while I performed a class-act stand-in for a shop towel vassal to my mighty English lord, he was unnervingly quiet, and with few exceptions maintained his composure while I toiled so strenously.
In reference to the diagrams posted prior, gentlemen, I must admit that while my mind is frequently my sharpest asset, I am unable to visualize the differences in orientation in simply a line drawing - while I cannot attest to the technical merits of this approach in relation to documentation which was already present with the vehicle (a -shudder- Chilton manual) or JTIS and even assembly diagrams within TOPIx, sequences in IDS/SDD, or other resources I have found.
I think at this point it has a pressure-related coolant leak, so next up is to find out why it is that our Rt Hon LMaj has not been granted privilege to be freed from this suburban autogulag. Film at 11, simulcast via transteledynopsychocinematics in 4K HD, only on Pay Per View. For a limited time only. Offer not open to residents of AL,MI,DE and HI. Take only as directed. You may feel dizziness or drowsy while reading this post, it is normal. Consult your administrators if you begin to experience boredom, persistent loss of vehicular adoration, admiration, or obsess over your neighbor's Audi.
