Default Are the O2 and temp censors the same on the 03 Thunder bird V8 and 03 S-type

I need to know if the O2, air temp, and mass air flow censors are the same if not similar on the V8 Thunder bird and the S-type Jag.

I didn't get to in depth with my research so correct me if I'm wrong. I found out the thunder bird and the Lincoln LS share the same engine in 2003 there for you can use the same intake parts between the two.

I have also been told by someone on this forum that the 4.2 Jag V8 is a beefed up version of the Lincoln LS V8. So my theory is I should be able to use the cold air intake that K&N makes for the Thunder bird on my Jag.
