OEM vs. After-market (Spark Plugs & Ignition Coils)

Hello All, (especially Jag technicians)
I'm getting a P0307 (#7 cylinder misfire), so I'm thinking about replacing my plugs and at least one coil.
I called my locate Jag dealership and was quoted roughly $25 per plug, and $150 for the coil pack. (fyi: labour for the plugs is $280)
I thought this seemed a little high, so I checked a few other shops around town. I discovered that I could get NGK Iridium plugs for roughly $10 each, and an after-market ignition coil for $90.
My question is: Should I stick with the Jag OEMs or go with the after-markets and just pay the dealership for the labour?
(I asked this same question at the dealership, and was told that of course I should go with the OEMs...)
Thank you for your help.
Relevant details:
2000 S-Type 4.0
130,000 Kms (~81,000 Miles)
All prices are in Canadian dollars - excluding tax (that's an extra 12%)
