More important is to do it right - which regularly does not occur with cheap places or even some dealers. You want the right oil level, filter+plug not over- or under-tightened and the engine undershield ("belly pan") properly refastened. DIY is best IMO. Also lets you have a look around the other nearby parts for any problems brewing.
