Default One of my parking sensors is "pushed in" easy fix?

Just checking my car out today and I noticed that one of the parking sensors in the middle of the bumper is pushed in.
Can I have this pushed out some way? Do you think its broken?

If it is just the sensor that is pushed in it should be able to be pushed out though access requires the bumper to be removed or nearly so if your tech is limber. If the outer ring around the sensor is pushed in it is probably broken and needs replacement.
