Oxygen Sensors for S Type

Anyone know where the locations of the Oxygen sensors on a 2003 S Type R are located. I read that there are 2, one in the front and one in the rear but I'm not sure exactly where. Thanks for any help.

I found them. Anyone know how to tell if they need to be replaced?
