P0430

I'm getting a P0430 on my s-type MY 2000. which reads catalyst system efficiency on the mactool scanner. Is it possible that the O2 sensor is bad even though I didn't get an O2 sensor code.

Possibly.... could be a vacumm leak whammy as well.
