What year? If it's 1999 - 2002 I may have one.

I see no reason why a car breaker would not have one. More effort in contacting them required / more patience till you find one.

Apparently you have a 14-yr old car. Some problems therefore can be expected.

I hear what your saying but you miss the point?

It such a small insignificant part that it will be rare to see it listed by itself. So what you need to do is start E-mailing the guys on EBay or Craig's list who are parting out the model cars that you know came with the part.

I do this all the time. Send them a picture if possible so they know what part your talking about.

No need to be sarcastic. Jaguar dropped this design after 2002, so those of us with newer S-Types don't have one of these. 2003-2008 have an electronically, automatically activated parking brake that has no pull-up handle.

Apparently you have not searched hard enough.

search ebay.co.uk for "jaguar s type black handbrake handle cover" and you get what you are looking for.
Seller is j-f-customs
