Parking nose down

Parking nose down
I've parked nose down at about a 2 degree angle for 2 weeks due to the roof drains being bad. While the parts were on order, parking like this was recommended.
Now the question.....can parking nose down for an extended period do something that will generate a check engine light? When out to drive it to work (no rain in forecast) and the light was on. When I shut it down 2 weeks ago .... no light. When I start it 2 weeks later .... light.

Well......
I went to Autozone and had the car read by a scanner. Sort of wished I'd stopped at Madam Zorba's and had the tea leaves read. It would have been more help.
The scanner read "Error". He tried it with the key on and with the engine cranked. He told me that this usually happens when the fuse is bad. So, I pulled fuse 6 from the passenger side footwell (They should shoot the engineer that put it there). The fuse was not blown. I put a spare fuse in anyway. No luck.
Other ideas?

Well....the roof drains have been fixed and the Check Engine light issue resolved. When we got to the dealer, there was no code in the register and the light had been extinguished by the cycles on the engine. The thought is that by parking nose down and leaving, I allowed a bit of sediment to collect in the fuel and the first instant it fired...>poof<.
So...all is OK. Now we wait for a rainstorm to see if the work on the drains resolved the root problem.
