Phone System resets every 20 seconds!!!!

So, I seem to have figured out what is going on here. Every 20 seconds (timed it!) when on the phone screen it flashes the message "Phone Currently Off" with the button to press to turn it on, but this screen only stays on the screen for a second. Then it goes back to the normal keypad one. When this happens, I get the message on my phone to enter the pass code to pair with the car, but it can't pair because after 20 seconds or so the system seems to turn off and then on again and the pairing starts all over again. This is constant and happens no matter what. Now, on the screen, it says READY, just that it has no service. It seems to me that somehow the power is getting interrupted to either the PSE or BTUM and resetting the system. Then when it gets its power back it starts to work, but can't pair or function since in 20 seconds it resets. I have disconnected the battery, but didn't help. In the system diagnostics it shows that the PhoneOP and PhoneAT (I think this is what they were, might be wrong on the OP and AT part, but there is two of them!) are good to go, so the modules should be okay, right? Could it be an interruption in the power supply or a bad connection? Any ideas would be appreciated as this is starting to drive me crazy!

Anyone? Any ideas? I'm going to try to disconnect all the modules and reconnect them to see if it was a bad connection, but the fact that they show up in the diagnostic menu makes me think a loose connection isn't the problem! Unless they are fine one the fiber optics, just a bad or loose point on the harness connector. Any further ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I really don't want to go to the dealer since they'll probably just tell me I have to buy a new car!
