please help 02 jaguar s v8 no fuel at fuel filter
So here's what I have checked
Inertia switch good
Fuel pump and injection fuses good
Relay good
Voltage at pump good
So then I tested the pump itself it was bad so I replaced it and It still wouldn't start so I disconnected the fuel line at the fuel filter inlet turned the key and got no fuel squirting out so I disconnected the new pump blew air into the fuel pump pressure line and itnwent all the way thru the system to the fuel filter inlet then reconnected the pump and still no fuel coming out at the disconnected filter line

Food for thought
Howdy
Please see the attached which may help you to figure it out a little more, and check some other areas you may have overlooked.
Basics.
Are you trapping a fuel line when you are putting the pump back into the tank.
Are you turning the fuel pump when securing so blocking off and trapping the fuel supply from the pump.
Is the fuel pipe cracked or damaged, split drawing in air?
Is there enough fuel in the tank, is the car on a slope? (sorry!)
Can you pump with the fuel pump removed from the tank and drawing from an external supply through the fuel line to the filter inlet pipe?
Are the fuel pump connections securely push in.
Just go through everything again, carefully. You will get there.
