Is it possible 2 go from a reg headlight assembly to a xenon assembly?

Things have got even tougher since then - partly due to people blinding others with inadequate conversions I expect.
Plus that thread doesn't look to mention the need to let the insurer know you've made an illegal modification.
I really don't know why people do it. It's so much easier and vastly cheaper to go to a higher output halogen.

I completely forgot to take pictures but heres one inside tue garage, cars too loud to start up and take outside.
Cant see it from that angle but my cutoff line is a nice green/blue
Anyone interested i suggest that you search using the word "retrofit"
Also i used morimoto fxr projectors with a kensun 55w hid kit
Warmed up 2
Warming up 1

I wouldn't do it. If they go wrong like mine just have it costs a fortune and is a pita to do. What's wrong with good old fashioned bulbs that cost nothing to replace easily!!
I'll be avoiding buying any cars with HID from now. My Ducati has lamps that look a bit like HID but sensibly fitted withg H12s or similar.

I've owned two cars with xenon headlights in now. Neither of which i've had any problems with.
if you plan on avoiding xenon/projector type lights, i think you will begin to struggle in the near future as all car makes seem to be swapping to them.
