See Figure 03.2 for the cooling fan, near the right of the page.
Two fuses to check.
The smaller control fuse is F38 (10A) in the front power distribution box (under the hood). This same fuse also feeds the air conditioning compressor clutch, so if your AC system is working, this fuse is good.
The larger power supply fuse is F13 (80A), also under the hood.
If the fuses check good, check the fan motor. Pull the connector from the motor. With an ohmmeter, check for continuity between the two terminals on the motor. Slowly spin the blade by hand in case there's a dead spot. I forget the exact value, I don't think it was more than a few ohms.
If you are very careful, you can use fused test leads to power the fan motor directly with 12V power. That will quickly tell you if the motor works.
