Rattling in steering wheel.. please help me!!
Hey guys
Well this has been bothering me for a pretty long time, but i haven't had a chance to check it out. Well when I drive, and run over uneven parts of road, bumps, I hear a rattle in my steering wheel. I have no idea what it's coming from but it seems as if it is the inside of the steering wheel, like under the horn cover. I already too the steering column cover off and looked at everything there, but it's definetely inside the steering wheel. So my question is how can I take the steering wheel horn cover off?? i really realy do not want any trouble such as my airbag opening... so what should I do to get inside the steering wheel?
Please LMK
Thanks,
Paul

There are small rubber bushings inside the steering column and they eventually go bad. That is what i'm guessing is wrong with yours....
Replace column or rebuild it..cost about the same ..labor in rebuilding vers replacing....check with your dealer...
