Default Rear Brake lights problem

I have an 03 s type with the following issues

1 when all ligths are off i have brake lights all round but when i turn fog lamp on at rear offside light cluster goes out.
2 when all lights are on i have running lights but when breaking offside break light goes out and offside fog lamp comes on also central stop lamp does not work but works when lights are off .

Now i had bumper repaired the other day and panel man had to remove rear offside lense which he managed to break maybe 3 of the clips are broken it wobbles a bit but not to much now my question is does the rear lense form part of the earth circuit on the s type ?

3 the car had to be jump started as by leaving boot open the battery went flat it is also fitted with a tow bar aftermarket.

Now i spent six or seven hours with this have striped out wireing re seated it charged battery etc but no luck i booked an auto electrician who has failed to turn up twice on the trot with various excuses could someone tell me which fuse are which in the boot tray and for what cant find a fuse diagram for the boot anywere and if anyone has had a similar prob please advise with an answer

Default Fixed

To every one it was a fuse no f53 rear boot fuse box but be aware upon replacement and starting of engine you may experience the following ABS AND DSC FAULTS flashing up on trip computer if so its nothing to worry about just turn off engine lock car with remote and unlock place key in ignition and restart you will then find all warnings are clear .

Well hopefully it will help others with a problem such as this and proves its not always the REM Module easy for an unscrupulous garage or auto spark
to say they have replaced it but only changed the fuse @50p the Electrics on Jaguar are a lot robust than some may make out .
