Default Rear Calipers

I am going to be changing the rear discs and pads this week on a 2004 Jaguar S-Type 3.0 V6....Today..the Caliper appears to be locking up..the park brake is not on...it happens intermittently...Do you think I need a new Caliper, (Driver's Side)...or can they be adjusted...The brake pad came off...wore down.....Thank you for your help

Thanks...You want a picture of the worn out Brake Pad...It Came off the Caliper when I was parking the car...It happened intermittently the caliper sticking...could be the Parking Brake Cable....not sure though...won't know really I guess until I take the wheel...I am waiting for my discs and pads to arrive..ordered them the other day...

Just never heard of a pad falling out of a caliper even if worn down to the backing plate. Don't drive or even move the car till this is fixed BTW.
