disregard... I thought the noise Spitfire mentioned was in the video playback, not the audio headsets..

Pain Points were:

1)Putting the Seat Backs back..
2) I got excited in the middle of the work and did hurry to put everything back and then noticed I didn't leave enough space for the cables under the center console which gave me a tough time putting the console trays back in.

Ok, so I finally pinned my installer down to take another look at the screens again, just as an update, I was getting power to the screens but no power to the centre console. He tested again and in convinced there is a problem with the splitter pictured below, there is no power coming out of the splitter wher ethe two cables come out? Is it a faulty part or could he have it wired up wrong?
