Default Rebuilding blower

Hello there.
Ive just baught the 3rd second hand blower for my STR. Funny how they are all in good working order just before you pay for them. Its startin to get a bit boring/expensive now so im rebuilding a rotor pack.
Has any1 had experiance reassembling them ?
Thing is the gears and rotors are differant angles so they cant be just pressed together.
Ive made a few tools up to lock every thing together while i press the gears in.
Waiting for the seals and bearings to arrive so not in a rush.
Suprised at how easy it all came to bits. Was hoping it would be as easy in reverse but its not looking like thats gunna be the case.
Anyhoo. Its my bed time now.
Night all.
Sean.

We don't see any failures of the blower??
You are on the third one? I think something else is wrong.

Mines at 104K miles and still works fine. I do have a 35K mile one in reserve but that was just a lucky EBay buy!

They really last very well.

Default bearings

Agreed.
But never the less i seem to have had problems since i startedd buggering around with the smaller pulleys.
I know its all self inflicted and deserve all i get as the car was running great untill i replaced the pulley.
Ive got a 28k one from an 08 XKR arriving today. Hopefully this will cure it.
Its been a cause of much debate at home because Lynn'y doesnt like driving my Shogun. And i dont like walking.
Im off to work now but ill put some pics up of the blower rebuild so far incase any1 is interested.
Later, Sean.
