Default Removing door panel?

I noticed my window on the passenger side was going up slower than the other windows.I want to pull the door panel to check things out.I'm looking for a link or someone to give me help on where to start on removing the panel..

Really consider getting the JTIS from EBay or the free donwload on this site. It's only $10 from EBay and it will pay back that amount many times over, even with the first use!!
