Welcome to the forum, Hornet. Please drop by the New Members area and introduce yourself so you can get a proper welcome and the Mods can take notice and upgrade you to full-status when you get your post count up and all the other wickets are satisfied. Then you'll be able to download the manuals, view the attachments and all such like.
Now on to your question...the proper answer is "no" but all things are possible:

Well welcome to the forum Hornet. You might want to go to the new member area and properly introduce yourself per forum protocol.
Anyways here is a DIY that will show you the procedure for removing the front fascia to access the headlamp assemblies for removal:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ics-faq-28534/
Now you will have to do a bit of searching to find the exact thread on separating the lens from headlamp assembly, which is possible. I think that fellow member "aholbro1" has the exact post with pics on the baking technique.

Just completed a two-week radiator change on the wife's 05; may try to post a few pics of the trouble-spot of radiator outlet and a/c discharge line.
