Replacement Piston for Brake Caliper

I was wondering if it's possible to get a replacement piston for the front passenger side brake caliper. I need to replace thelarger of the 2pistons. It's for a 2000 S-Type. Thanks

I haven't heard of just the piston itself being available, but I could be wrong. Personally, I would just replace the entire caliper.

+1...replace the entire caliper. Just one piston could prove problematic.

Can I ask what the problem with the current piston is? It doesn't seem like it is a part that could easily go bad since it is simply a metal shaft. It doesn't really matter, but I am just curious.
