Reverse sticking ??? maybe not???? HELP!

I'm not sure this will be of any help but before applying the emergency brake put the transmission in neutral, pull on the brake then shift to park. Doing it this way takes the strain off the transmission and puts it on the brake.

What max said makes a big difference. We don't want for our fragile transmissions to be holding 1 1/2 tons when our e-brake could easily do this.
