My 2005 Jaguar S-Type does not have the body kit or ground effects that I have seen on earlier models. I am a junior member so I cannot view or upload pictures. I have a white 2005 S-Type and I want the rear piece that covers of the part that is painted black. The side and front pieces are not as important, but the car looks generic without it.

Thank you for the replies.
The bottom of the rear bumper between the tailpipes is painted black on my 2005 S Type. I have seen on earlier models that it is body color and it appears to have a slight bumped out apron or skirt effect.
I will do more research on the model years and changes that were made.

I totally know what you mean!
(these other folks must not have a cool '05 ![Smile](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I have thoroughly researched this as well and a simple answer is.... NO! There is nothing freekin cool for us!![Frown](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif)
The old '04 and earlier models didn’t really have a ground effects or lip kit from the factory, as it was just "how they came" normally. I understand what the designers were trying to do with our '05 model and give a more "rear diffuser" look... but ended up with a black, bumpy (sorry sir, its difficult to paint since the rough texture wont adhere to the paint well and may peel over time) piece of plastic. And the exhaust tips could have looked cooler too than the dumb and thick tube-y style in my opinion too. lol I have an R. Deciding to put some tips on maybe 3-4"? but that’s another topic to research for ya lol
However! I did find this....!!!![Big Grin](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

GermanMotoring.com :: Arden - Jaguar S-Type
After contacting them some time ago, i belive the part was ....$700.00!!!??? plus shipping as they are in Florida so i decided against it. Its cool... has a matching mesh front grill look to it which i liked... but not very aggressive and "diffuser-y" as what SHOULD be available to us! lol But alas.
I also found this other guy who had an older body style S Type and he was going to MAKE his own and sell them! Take a look how awesome this would have been for us! Now he had the right idea!
Jaguar S-type coil overs and Carbon fiber rear defuser.
But sadly no replies to the countless emails I had sent.
Oh well... I hope this info helps you and best of luck!
