There may be a cheaper one if you look in the FAQ about Ford parts.

Hope it's only the DCCV as otherwise it's likely also the CCM (burnt trace and/or transistor).

JajV8 thanks for the reply. Will you give me a little more info on the CCM, the location and what to look for (a picture would be really nice). I'm looking at the parts break down for the control components in the JTIS and I'm not seeing a CCM. The burnt electrical smell was outside the car from the best I could tell it was near the front.
