s type hit by cab driver
So for taking so long to post but been busy with vet med school....
My jaguar was hit yesterday. Weird story but true....I don't even know where to begin I still kinda in disbelief about it. So I'm leaving 7-11 (this is hard to explains but so very true) I was wating for the car in front of me to make their turn into traffic . I was a car length behind him or her. And I saw a cab driver turning into the parking lot at about 10-15 mph at the same time the car infringe of me make their turn into traffic...and that's the same time the the cab driver hits my jag front driver side with his front driver side.....weird huh ..... So like I said it was a cabbie tat hit me ...
Well 20 mins later the cab company supervisior show up ...... I'm waiting on the police to show up because that who I called .... The cabby super was a mild manner guy I could say I was expecting this to go very wrong because we all know how cabbies drive ....the supervisior ask me to make a statement... And this was my statement " I was wating to turn and your cab ran into me end of story" ... Well in the mean time the police show up and I give the cop the same statement .... And the officer is study pressing me to expond on my statement I tell the cop for 3rd or 4th time there is nothing to expond on...... The officer write the cab driver a ticket ....I don't know Wat the citation was for that wasn't my concern I'm not the on at fault so it didn't matter to me.....
So 10th mins later this other cop shows up which is the taxi authority police and he asks the same question that the super ask and the metro officer I gave the same statement.. the he asked me was I playing chicken with the cab......
So after this back and forth this other person drives up and it the cab company's insurane adjuster.
And the tells me u were just standing when the cabbie hit u .....
