I'm a Tom, too. If I recall correctly, you have a 3.0 L V-6. I don't know the specs for oil on that engine but given that you appear to be in coastal Mexico (Baja California?) where it is warm, the oil is the easy part. Just use 10-30 or 5-30 (the spec on my 2005 4.2 L V-8). Use a good name brand oil. The hard part will be getting a filter, probably. Though I don't know about the 3.0. If you have the 4.2, I can give you a list of oil filters I got off this forum.
