2/ When switching Lights or Washers to Auto this seems to make the DS Window work itself randomly down, switch will not work it?
3/ My Key Fob has just stopped Unlocking/Locking the Car? New Battery Fob a couple of months ago?
Any Suggestions or Cures please let Me know

Does sound like battery or charging issue screwing with the moduals.
Test voltage befor you start the car , then test wile running ,
If its pumping around 14v in wile running ,then alternator is fine .
then trickle charge the battery and get it load tested ,
Also once it's fully charged perform a hard reset . Instructions for hard reset or reboot are all over the forum ! Good luck

OK, So an update!
It turns out that Yes even My New lifetime Guaranteed battery was indeed FLAT!
Why? Well I can't properly see the Alternator Belt so can't access wear n tear and bearing in mind that the car is 14yo I'm thinking into Jaguar for a Replacement Alternator and Belt?
Would you guys agree?

No. Assuming it's this component or that will quickly drain your wallet without necessarily fixing the problem. Do some simple tests to see if the alternator is charging or if there's a drain after the engine is shut off.
If you don't DIY, find an indy that will do the test.
