S Type R Emergency Spare Wheel

S Type R Emergency Spare Wheel
Hello, Everyone. Yes, this is my forst post on JF. I'm also fairly new to the Jaguar vehicle arena and have enjoyed my "new" Jag since I've acquired it.
Let me get to my question(s).
Ibought a2003 S Type R and unfortunately, it did not have an emegency spare wheel/tire in the trunk. I checked the VIN and it would have come with the compact spare (doughnut) and I need to purchase one. The car has the original 18" wheels on it.
1st question...does anyone have a spare for sale?
2nd question...what other manufacturers OE spare wheels would work? ie. Ford Taurus has the same bolt pattern, but I can't determine if they would clear the large brake caliper of the STR.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
My most sincere thanks,
Steve

RE: S Type R Emergency Spare Wheel
Hi Steve,
My recommendation would be to get an OEM space saver even though it may be a bit pricey. You maybe able to search your local parts yards for a full-size rim and/or tire but not sure it's worth the effort. My last Jag (XJ6) didn't have a spare and I ran it for about 5 years so you're not in a rush situation. Most tires these days are so good that spares are rarely needed, but for peace of mind it'sa good idea to have a spare.
