S type r tuner

Hi,I have a 2003 s type r I'm fixin to do some stuff to and I wanted to know if they make a hand held tuner for the s type.or do I haveto send the comp. In to have it tuned

No, they don't.. You have to pull the ECU and send it off to be tuned. Better to do everything else your planning first, the do the re-map last.

All I'm going to do is pully,exhaust and intake.can they do a good tune for thoes 3 things? And can they fix when you stall it up it won't go over like 1500 rpm so it kinda sux unless your doin a Rollin 20
