Hi Guys, starting to worry me, only from cold , from park, it is becoming harder to change into drive, when engine warm its fine , only from cold , read some previous posts but nothing that fits 100%, what should I be looking for, is it a gearbox oil issue ? dont make any sense to me at the moment, the change is really hard when cold, it can take a 3 or 4 attempts to move the selector out from park, but once having been driven and engine up to temp and it will move out first time smooth as anything, any suggestions !

Not sure the cause but do NOT force the lever or you'll break the inner part(s) as others have posted they did.
