lol, this is the same stuff they sell on ebay for like 10 bucks, the ones with an LED are like 12 bucks.... that tell you anything?

The way this mod, like all the other so called "chips" work, is that they are connected to your AIT sensor (air intake temperature sensor), thergo making your ecu think its colder or warmer so it intakes more air accordingly. Its basicaaly a plastic box with a 10c resister attacted to the two wires on each side. Did this mod to my lancer and BMW, never felt a diference in performance but according to the same +50hp and +20MPG, TOTAL LIE! You would feel the difference, also the increase in gas millege, TOTAL LIE! It almost always throughs a CEL light, on both of the cars I had, finally got tired of it and took them off. My dad swears he felt a difference, but I walways told him it was just all in his head.

But thats my experrience with it, if you wanna try it and actually get +50hp and 100fts torque on a dyno, BEFORE and AFTER installing it, by all means please do it and share your results. id consider doing it again, maybe it could werk on supercharged applications... (See how are minds always want to believe that HP and MPG can come that cheap! I really need to see a head doctor, lol)

that is why I posted this to know if you guys would let me know what it was. I know it way to good to be true. It was kind of like putting you iat sensor in the front bumper so when you are driving it tricks the ecu that there is colder and faster air moving through the intake pipe. that is why I plan on driving up with riski and budsang1 to do the dyno tuning in late spring.
