Ebay has a couple. Also the Lincoln LS uses the same compressor.

You also may try Jaguar salvage yards such as Coventry West (Atlanta, GA.) and Jaguar Heaven (CA.), etc. But as Rick mentions; the Lincoln LS shares the same platform thus many parts.

mel, after thought here, check this link out and pay attention to post #20: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...reasure-54416/

If you are thinking of DIY, here is a link for that as well: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ics-faq-55212/ On your V8 it will be a much tighter work space, that is the reason for the shorter bolt guides in the first link.

I would NOT get a used compressor. You are just asking for more problems. It could easily contaminate the entire system. Which would cost you much more money. Also don't let it go too long before replacement. As the compressor fails it will spew debris all through your A/C system. Get it replaced now or get rid of the car. No stop leak either. Keep the system clean and pure.

Just purchase the Lincoln LS part.

Search the forum as it's been done before and there is a good write up.

clubairth makes an excellent point for a new a/c compressor.

I'd go with the reman. on Ebay. The seller are the ones that sold me the V8 version. They were great with handling the return. I spoke with one of the guys there and he was very apologetic, even offered to cut the replacemnet one price and free shipping. I told him its to late, I had already purchased another, and he understood.
