Default Sat Nav cuased loss of radio / CD

Weird problem the other day. Was using the sat nav and it lost the GPS signal when it was giving a command. When the command had finished the radio / CD would not come back on and it would not accept voice commands. Dash said something like Sat Nav in operation voice command deactivated. After completing the journey and keying off and then on again all was fine, and did not play up for the rest of the day or the following day. Anyone else experienced this?

you may have voice command built in your s type.. pretty rare .. due to it being expensive.. left top button on the steering wheel.. press it next time you drive... you may have touched it by accident..

yes i do have the voice command, but that also did not work, even if I left it for some time before trying to press the CD button or voice button. The voice will switch itself off if it does not hear anything but even leaving it for 10 mins or so the radio would not come back on.
