My car is in a no start and no turn over situation and I get a two flash followed by four when I hook up a reader or keep the key in the start position for 10 seconds. Is there more to this students guide that might have the signals listed?

The page I loaded was for the early X200. You will need a later PATS definition.

Your best bet is to use jaguar SDD130 software with the dedicated Jaguar interface to diagnose the fault.
In fact this is best with any faults on the S-type.
The problem is it is a bit complicate to set up.
Sadly you will find that most Jaguar dealers do not have this early version of the software any more and later versions do not work on the S-type.

Are you sure it's 2-4?

Yes, I'll double check today and take a video if it is still 2-4. I can upload it somewhere and post a link. Maybe I can get it done before the light comes up fully.
