Bob S. and others with warranty, you might want to check the rear tie rod bushings (see attachments) they have been known to wearout. Jon89s went bad somewhere in the 35,000 mile range on his '05 (his warranty covered them), and mine were worn when we purchased the vehicle at 42k. The bushings are visable without removing the rear tire.

Called my dealer. Tie Rod Bushings are Not covered by Select Edition Warranty, per my Service Advisor. I was told "no suspension parts are covered".
Called Jaguar, they thought they were only covered if broken due to another part failure, but said the Dealer would know better.
I asked for any documentation that shows what "is" covered. She said she had a document that she would email me that says what "is not" covered. I'll let you know what I receive...

Without warranty, it would have been ~$900 + -.
I'll have to dig up the paperwork to list what was done.
