That's the one that matches up to exactly what I see in my car. Maybe I'm not sure what you're asking

Do all the relevant items (fuses, relays) match the circuit diagram for your car? If not, find why not. If/when they do, swap for identical ones and/or meter through to see what's going on (or isn't).

Everything matches up perfectly, except for that one missing relay.

If your meter shows all the feeds are right and the circuit checks out, why not fit the relay?
