Unstuck. Here are a few pictures. As kr98664 pointed out I did only need to get one rear wheel off the ground.
Tight spot. One wheel against the curb and couldn't jack up that side of the car. Chocked the front two wheels. With the brake still set I jacked the passenger rear side up. Unset the parking brake and the wheel could move to unload the transmission.

Thanks for the update. Looks like the culprit was the left rear wheel up against the curb. That was putting lots of rearward pressure on the pawl in the transmission.
