Can I wire this by jumping it off of one of the rear speaker leads?

I think if you do that you will only get the channel that goes to that speaker coming thru the tube. I would assume that you want all of the bass to come thru the tube. I would consult a audio installation shop or see if you can find the wiring diagram somewhere online. You really want it to work right or you'll be really dissapointed. Even if you have to pay a little to have it installed it would be worth it.

Cajun,
I'd wire directly to sub output. I just did my setup a few days ago with a 800 watt amp and a 10 inch sub setup. Turned out quite nicely. I think I'm gonna need some dynamat though!

I'm pretty sure you could wire that (use the speaker wires that come out of the factory amp to the package tray "subs") into the speaker level inputs and be just fine. I'm honestly not a fan of the Bazooka's, but I doubt you will notice any real difference between the two wiring setups. If you were using a very high end sub with a very powerful amp then I would say you want the purest signal you could feed it, I doubt the tube will notice and neither will your ears.
