The dealer will tell you that it's normal too but I think it is BS . Do they squeal or metal vibration sound? They did have problems with the lower suspension arms on some S Types that caused a bad vibration. If it's just a loud squeal I would look into some pads that are designed for low noise and low dust. Metallic pads usually do squeal and I've never had ceramic. I currently have Kevlar pads on my R and they may squeal just slightly(Very rarely) when first applied but it goes right away And they are virtually dust free.
