Hello all,
Just for clarity the $208 price delivered is based on paypal 'gift', if not paying by 'gift' it will be required to cover the fees imposed by paypal (5% i believe).
I have given the gift option as a way of keeping costs down for any purchasers.
Hope this clears up any potential confusion, im sure once the feedback starts coming back people will not see using 'gift' as a problem.
Thanks for the continued interest and orders already recieved.

I'm just sayin', that for the extra $10 or so, I'd rather be honest about it, and let the service make its money, instead of looking for a way around it.

so I was overly sensitive to the scenario.
Glad you straightened me out!

I might be the odd-duck here... but doesn't that seem wrong to anyone other than me? I mean, isn't this how Paypal is making their money? And if we are using their service because it is so convenient, shouldn't they be allowed to make a couple bucks?

When using Paypal to pay for goods, if the seller does not have a website with a Paypal button, then have the seller send a Paypal invoice that describes the goods being purchased completely.
Given the fact that a "gift" sender would have to pay a fee anyways, it does not make sense to use a payment classified as "gift".
In the event that a "gift" is disputed, Paypal will close the dispute unless the payer can establish that the money went to the wrong account. Otherwise, it is a "gift" and as in all "gifts", nothing is expected in return.

I was under the impression that a 'gift' payment did not attract a fee from the seller or buyers perspective hence why on earlier posts i stated ' a way to reduce costs to the buyer'.
However in the light of this new information can all purchasers from this moment on use regular payment at the fee inclusive price of $220 that way the buyers are fully covered and it covers the fees.
Hopefully that will keep everyone happy.
Best Regards.

Just to keep everyone in the loop i will be doing the next batch of stage 1s ready for dispatch in the new year, this is to avoid any possibility of them getting lost in the seasonal post (advised by the post office).
Stage 2 still ongoing anticipated completetion on the test unit is February.
I will be posting fitting instructions on this thread soon to avoid any possible confusion when fitting the stage 1 units to the cars.

Any update here guys? I am waiting on mine to arrive next month (Waiting on the holiday shipping to subside to lower risk of package loss) but am curious to see what those of you that had already received yours had to say...
How does it look, how does it sound and can you feel the difference in throttle response?
So many questions, so much excitement as I count down the days until my kit arrives!!!
