Stance USA Adjustable Coilovers (Custom)
Browsing for coils for my XJR 04.
Kw looked awesome but alas, v3 are discontinued
So I came across a thread where a fellow from the LS Board chimed in about Stance USA.
So I called them. --
Here is the corresponding email;
Hey James,
We had just spoke in regards to fitting some Super Sport coilovers to your 2004 XJR.**
$1165
+ $124 for 2day shipping w/ saturday delivery option
--------------
$1289 Shipped
Now these will not work, only on a pre 04 S type. Very cool though.
I chatted to the guy about fixing the front set to a "U" style like my car needs.
He is doing some research and getting back to me.
Any other difference other than the front lower attachment, and the smaller diameter mounting hole?? GTR, you seem like to go to guy for the S types, what say ye?
What other changes were made in 04 that make thing different?
Am I just dreaming here? I would very much like an adjustable set.

I opened your post yesterday but stopped reading at 'Browsing for coils for my XJR 04.' thinking that you'd posted in the wrong section.
No idea why these shocks would fit a 2003 but not a 2004 and up (?) Don't think there would be many takers in any case as $1200 is about 1/3 the value of the older cars.

Yes lobb they do have Air.
Which at my "Warmed Up" mileage. They start to die.
Previous owner had the front replaced at 40k
I have asm gremlins due to my own incompetence. Would rather ditch the Air than spend money chasing a dying system.
Just walked in the door with these, so no matter really.

S-Types have the exact same U mounting on the front shocks, same as the XJ.
You can't believe the pictures that some of these companies put up on their websites.
Some real pictures here https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...9/#post1037419
