State your best price if you'd like to sell your 2.5-3lb pulley.

You could buy a nitrous kit and weld your rear end spider gears...When you lose control, crash the car and insurance won't cover it due to them determining you going 100+ MPH, you could still buy another '03 STR...All that would be cheaper than the cost and labor of a TS setup...

just a thought, if you're porting and re-pullying, why not just get steig to do a snakebite. He maxes out the rotors based on our redline, takes the unit apart and replaces anything that needs to be done. He also ports it for about $1200-1300. At the same time change the hose under the blower and then you're good for quite a few miles and have a little more punch.
I went this route due to having to replace the hose under the blower. It was also cheaper after labor and I figured why not while I have the blower off. I was going to go with the larger crank pulley so that I never had to worry about belt slip but it would have cost more than doing the blower due to the amount of work to remove and install the balancer.

It definately wakes things up in the low end and mid range. Its very noticable. On the top end, it's hard for me to tell. Its the same thing as a 3 lb pulley except without changing the size of the pullies. He just changes it internally to reach 16-17lbs of boost from the stock 13.
I think the tune is what screws these cars up from a hp standpoint. My main reason for the alcohol injection was to battle the heat which in turn trigger retard from the ecu. Well, and it adds margin for error as far as knock.
The local track went bk, so when they open up again, I'll try to make some runs.
