i have an issue , that's for sure, so if i have to disassemble the front end to check ,i'm going to have a possible solution in my hands when i do it.....if its the ballast, well 50/50 , but im certainly not going to go through all of that just to look then put it back together wait 5 days for parts to show up then do it all again.......so in answer to your question...... YES

i have to use my work computer to add the pics, ill say this... there is absolutely noway anyone is changing those bulbs without removing the front bumper cover and the light housing .....no way... that said it was a pretty easy job....took 2 hrs this time going slow and a trip to Napa....needed a retriever tool for the two deep bolts.....careful when twisting off the bulb socket... there is a 3 green wire black plug that is attached to it, i didnt notice it until i had it out and saw that the plug had pulled out, i didnt damage it but you could it you are not aware of it.... Wuusup i bought the Phillips bulbs from the sight you suggested and went with the 6K instead of the 4500K very nice bright white light without any blue
