STR misfiring

Cleared codes, switched coil 1 with 7 (7 being the previously broken one) just out of curiosity really, and tested it again. Different codes this time:
P0302, P0308, P1314, P1316, P1000
I'm starting to get aggravated. P0308 was the first code I got that started this whole mess.
Gaskets all seem in place, but one of the coils didn't feel like it fit as tightly as the new ones do, like that suction you get from the rubber that wraps over the plug. That's about all I can think of.
Could a faulty MAF sensor cause any of this?

From JTIS, each of P1314 & P1316 has a long list of possible causes - did you look at them?
I don't see MAF there and don't see the logic of it. Unplug it if you like and default values will be used.
Could be damaged wiring, maybe. Whatever it is, usually when you've been working in a particular area and get problems related to that area then it's something you've done or not done.

The MAF suggestion was from the auto zone guy, he was certain that's what caused the codes, hence why I mentioned it here.
My dad and I checked for vacuum leaks and any connections we might've hit when changing the plugs, everything checked out. I've ordered another coil because the one in cyl 2 appears to be dead.
There's an intermittent knocking/ticking sound coming from cylinder 8, which I believe to still be the source of all this.
