Can it be straightened?
If the rim is bent have you checked to see if it can be straightened out?

I've used these guys before for straightening out wheels. If they can't do it then it's probably toast.
Not cheap but good.

Thanks Peter! However, I'm unsure which wheels that I have on my car. My research tells me that they are Zeus wheels not Vulcan. I also need the front wheel which is not as wide I believe. Here's a pic of my car and a Zeus wheel that I pulled from the net.

Good news, I was able to do some sleuthing and find a local shop that will straighten the wheel for $150. Then I can have them sandblasted and powdercoated! This will probably be a few week process, but I will post some pics and an update later.
I did find this place today as well, they didn't have my wheels but they did have quite a few others.

No, no no. I think you're going about this in the wrong manner. I've done this a bunch of times and browsing websites isn't enough.
Call them and tell them about your wheel. They fix it and send it back. I'm not talking about an in stock exchange program. But if you have someone who really can straighten the wheel and not just claim they can then go with the local place.
Trying to research on a place services simply by looking at a price list is a fools method. You need to call the place and interview them.
Also, just because one place says they can't fix it don't give up. I've run into that as well.
Also, have your really good local tire shop verify their work when it's complete. Cheap prices aren't always the most economical solution.
Turn around time is usually a couple of days but call them and ask.
Use your spare in the mean time.

Thanks for the link, it looks like they are $500 each. The core refund is only $50 for the old wheel(s). Not sure about that one. The other issue is being without a wheel on my car for a week or two or more.[/quote]
