The connector that goes to the struts? or is the actual brain in the trunk too? not putting the carpet back into the trunk until tomorrow probably atm I just got done putting the rear back together... cleaned my rims while they were off and am going to do the front struts today.

The struts have already been disconnected from the system, so to avoid having a warning on the instrument panel, disconnect the plug from the control module in the boot (trunk).
It may also be a good idea to tape over the exposed ends of the strut connectors on the vehicle to keep dirt and moisture out.
